About the Brand

Brand Story
Excelsior Traditional Crackers are Jamaicas favorite and have been a favorite for generations.
Did you know? Water biscuits originated in the 19th Century as a version of the eat-anywhere "hardtack" ship’s biscuit long used for food by the British Royal Navy and others. The American term for them, "cracker", comes from the crackling sound that occurs during baking.
