1 banana, sliced
½ can Vanilla Nurishment
½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
½ cup ice cubes
2 tbsp honey (optional)
Grated fresh nutmeg
- Place the banana, Vanilla Nurishment, yogurt, ice cubes and honey in a blender or food processor
- Blend until smooth
- Serve in a tall glass with grated nutmeg
