1 mango (peeled and diced)
Dash of Coconut Rum (optional)
½ can Vanilla Nurishment
½ cup fat-free yogurt
½ cup ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla essence
Grated fresh nutmeg

  • Place the mango, Vanilla Nurishment, dash of rum, yogurt, ice cubes and vanilla essence in blender or food processor
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve in a tall glass with grated fresh nutmeg
